Thirteen letters, and not a single one of them is shy. Each swallowtail flag is a bold, saturated jewel of a color, from hot pink and bubblegum to tangerine, lime, and deep blue, framed in gold foil and topped with an elegant gold serif letter. Strung along a 12 foot long shimmering gold ribbon, they spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY in a way that's impossible to walk past. Hang it over the dessert table, across a doorway, or behind the birthday person's chair, and the room announces its purpose before anyone says a word.
It arrives pre-strung and ready to hang, with nothing to assemble and nothing to coordinate. The bright palette suits a first birthday as happily as a fortieth, and it folds flat to come out again next year. A festive gift for the host who throws a good party, the parent planning a birthday, or anyone who believes a birthday deserves a proper banner.
