Order Processing Time
Orders placed through pucciManuli.com are received, processed and shipped from our inventory location in Pennsylvania. We provide best efforts to ship your order within 24 hours of order receipt. Please note, orders placed after 12:00pm Noon on a Friday may not ship until Monday. Should you request Expedited Shipping and we receive your order before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, your order will ship out the same day. Also note, some items may require a longer ship time, may not be available for shipping upgrades, and/or are shipped directly from the maker. For further clarification and/or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We ship most orders within the continental United States and Canada via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. We ship most orders outside the continental United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please ensure you specify a correct, current shipping address. Delivery is only ensured to the specified address, not to a particular individual. Unfortunately, pucciManuli cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to hotels.
* A note about UPS Signature Requirements. UPS generally requires a signature upon delivery when:
- the package is delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business
- the package contents are valued at more than $150
- the driver feels it is not safe to leave the package
We’re pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on most orders over $150 shipped within the 48 contiguous states. For most orders under $150, we charge a $10 flat rate standard shipping fee within the 48 contiguous states. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, we charge a flat rate standard shipping fee of $20.
Please note, additional fees apply for all expedited deliveries, and will be calculated during the checkout process.
Standard Shipping Times
Customary delivery time for all domestic standard shipments is three (3) - eight (8) business days from the date of shipment. Please note, Saturdays, Sundays and all officially recognized U.S. National holidays are not considered business days and may increase delivery times.
Customary delivery time for all domestic express deliveries is by the end of the next business day from the date of shipment (goods usually arrive the next business day after the date of our email confirmation of your order).
Standard, in-stock orders received before 12:00pm Noon Eastern Standard Time will arrive the next business day from the date of our email confirmation of receipt of your order; orders received after 12:00pm Noon Eastern Standard Time will arrive within two (2) business days from such time.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we are only able to ship to one address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a new order for each address you’d like to ship to. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for further clarification and/or any questions you may have.
We are happy to ship your order to almost anywhere in the world you and/or your family happen to be. You will have the opportunity to select standard or express shipping during the checkout process.
Since international shipments are subject to verification, paperwork and certain credit card security checks, please allow up to two (2) business days for your item to ship. All duties and/or taxes are the recipient’s obligation. The recipient will be required to pay the duty and/or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us for additional information.
Because international orders are subject to special security checks and export regulations, we reserve the right to cancel any international order. Should we cancel an international order, we will contact the client who placed the order to notify them of the cancellation, providing a viable contact email address has been given to pucciManuli. Cancellation reasons may include:
- (a) payment cannot be cleared through the card details provided and requests for further information are not answered within a reasonable time frame
- (b) insufficient delivery address details are provided and we have received no reply to our request for further information
- (c) insufficient client details or delivery details are provided
- (d) risk of fraudulent transaction
- (e) order and/or order details conflict with specific U.S export regulations, including but not limited to hazardous materials, live botanicals, aerosols, perishable items, items with licensing restrictions, gift cards, personalized items
Tracking your Shipment
All customers are notified by email of their shipment confirmation and tracking number once the order has shipped. Additionally, registered customers may login to their account to view and/or review their order information, including ship date(s) and tracking information.
Please note, all delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, and are calculated from the day the package is delivered to the carrier, not from the day the order is placed. Please understand holidays and periods of high traffic, such as Christmas season, may cause delays in the shipping and/or delivery of orders. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays to packages in-transit.
Should you need you gifts to arrive by a certain date, please contact us and we can advise you whether you should upgrade to a faster shipping service.
Special Delivery & Handling Requirements
If a special surcharge for oversized and/or very heavy items is applicable, the cost is shown on the Item page. The amount of the charge is added into the total price of the item. These items must ship separately from the rest of your order and may arrive in the makers’ original packaging with a picture and/or description of the contents visible on the box.
Incorrect Addresses & Refused Shipments
Please be sure you double check your order’s shipping address, and ensure you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process. Should your order shipment be returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, we will refund the purchase price of your order minus a $10.00 surcharge and actual shipping costs associated with your order within five (5) business days of receipt of returned shipment. Also note, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to re-ship the order to the new/correct address.
Please note, all order shipments sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) cannot be re-routed once shipped. UPS charges $12 or more to reroute packages already en route. Should you decide you would like a package already shipped UPS to be rerouted, we will confirm the cost to do so, and charge you accordingly. As a reminder, delivery is only ensured to the specified address, not to a particular individual.
Something Not Right?
We take great pride in packaging and shipping your orders with care. Should you discover a discrepancy and/or issue with your order, please contact us within five (5) business days of receipt of your order, and we’ll do our very best to make it right.
Orders may be cancelled if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Cancellations made more than two (2) hours after the order was placed may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the order.
