We're very proud of the gift products we offer at pucciManuli and want you to be completely satisfied. If your expectations are not met for any reason and you wish to exchange or return a standard unused item, you may ship the item back to us within ten (10) calendar days of receipt, and we’re happy to issue you a refund to the method of payment used to purchase the item, minus actual shipping charges and/or any applied price adjustments.
Returnable Item(s) Condition
All items returned must be in new, unopened, unused condition in their original packaging, with all tags and/or accessories in tact. Please note, special, custom, made-to-order items, food and/or candles cannot be exchanged, returned and/or refunded.
Return Procedure
To return a new, unopened, unused product you purchased on pucciManuli.com, please contact pucciManuli via email or phone (+1-610-649-2909) with your order number, date of purchase, product(s) to be returned and reason for the return to obtain your return authorization number.
Pack the item(s) to be returned in a size appropriate box and include a copy of the invoice and/or packing slip you received with the shipment, along with the Return Authorization Number written in the appropriate box. If you’re returning a single item order, you can use the original shipping box, or box of comparable size. Note, a shipping box separate from the individual product's packaging must be used for all return shipments, as pucciManuli cannot be held responsible for items arriving to us damaged.
Ship your return package using a reputable shipping company (e.g. US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to the following address:

Note, you will be responsible for the cost incurred to ship your return. In addition, please ensure your shipment includes some form of delivery confirmation, as pucciManuli cannot be held responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
Processing Returns
Upon receipt of your shipment, pucciManuli will process your return and notify you via email (email address used for the original purchase), we have processed your return and issued your refund. Please allow up to ten (10) business days upon receipt of your return for the complete return process to be completed.
Refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment for the purchase price minus actual shipping costs and/or applied price adjustments. Additionally, if the item(s) returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the free shipping threshold of $150, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Your refunded payment may take 3-5 days to show up on your corresponding payment account.
Defective/Damaged Items
If you wish to return an item that is defective and/or damaged upon arrival or was sent to you by mistake, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of receipt via email or via phone at +1-610-649-2909 so we can figure out what went wrong, and make it right.
Questionable Returns
If we suspect a return to be fraudulent, abusive or unduly repetitive, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and no exchanges and/or returns will be granted.
