Avonlea in Sea Salt lives in exactly that place. This beginner kit offers a genuinely beautiful entry point into hand embroidery — a pre-printed design of wild botanical stems, seed heads, and meadow grasses rendered in white on deep ocean teal fabric, waiting to be brought to life with a palette as understated as it is considered: sandy taupe, pale blue-grey, cream, soft olive, and whispered lavender.
The deep teal ground does much of the work beautifully, lending an instant richness to even the earliest stitches — making this a kit that feels rewarding long before it's finished. Everything you need arrives together: a 6" bamboo hoop, pre-printed teal fabric, DMC floss in those coastal tones, needle, stitch guide, and online tutorials for gentle guidance along the way.
