With fabric knitted and dyed in France and handmade in a workshop in Brittany, Arthus the Big Fox has rich tobacco color fur and a hand details. His story goes that he is from Brittany. He loves his land, in which every day he digs around in the green countryside, exploring right the way down to the often-choppy sea and loves loping through the woods.
Arthus has always searched, he searches without ever stopping, and in the evening, tired from his quest, sits down in front of the sea, which he adores and which revitalizes him. Arthus doesn’t really know what he is looking for, but he tells himself that if he doesn’t look then he will never find. This obstinate roaming however, allows him to discover fantastically wild landscapes, meet other animals, not necessarily of his kind, but very friendly nevertheless.
Véronique Lacaze is an interior designer and graduate of the Arts Décoratifs de Paris. She began her career at Printemps where she became the project manager for the animated Christmas windows. She then began to design the Printemps mascots, the famous characters of the Boulevard Haussmann that, at the end of each year, make children and adults dream alike. It was a magical experience for her. Creating characters for children, seeing them come to life in the shop windows... Véronique Lacaze feels like a real Geppetto!
