Focus on the present. 20 Minute Beeswax Candle Set | Mindfulness contains 12 x Twenty Minute Candles and a ceramic holder for relaxation, meditation, mindfulness and well being made from 100% pure beeswax. Candles are a gentle timer with a natural honey aroma, designed to allow twenty minutes of calm reflection in the relaxing warm glow of candlelight.
Remove a candle from the box and gently press it into the ceramic holder. Place the holder on a flat, non-flammable surface and light the cotton wick. Never leave the candle unattended, and be sure to follow all of the candle safety guidelines. Each candle is designed to burn for at least twenty minutes. Since the candles are hand-dipped, slight variations may occur, which can affect the burn time of each individual candle.
Beeswax is the oldest material used for candles. Beeswax candles have even been found in the pyramids of ancient Egypt. Beeswax is an all-natural, non-toxic substance secreted by bees after they visit flowers and consume honey. Beeswax is used to make honeycombs, and when they are harvested, make for great candles. Beeswax creates a strong connection to the earth, harkening to the beauty and productivity of nature. No bees are harmed in the harvesting of beeswax, making it a cruelty-free, vegetarian-friendly option.
Burning Taper Beeswax Candles has the lowest toxicity for candle materials, releasing no toxic byproducts or heavy soot into the air. Instead of adding pollutants, beeswax candles neutralise them. Beeswax candles release negative ions when burned, eliminating dust, mold and unpleasant odours. This is particularly helpful for those with allergies, asthma and hay fever.
On its own, beeswax has a lot of natural relaxation properties. Its mildly sweet honey scent complements any environment. It is a dripless material by nature, meaning there will be no wastage or mess, making it easier and safer to burn. The light it produces is also the purest and brightest, the closest to natural sunlight for a candle, making it a great light source for minimal eye strain.
First, it takes thousands of flower visits to create a kilo of beeswax. Next, ussing old world manufacturing dipping techniques brings candles in traditional taper shapes. Finally, everything is then finished by hand to make sure each candle is perfect for use.
