Merchandise Availability
Creating wonder through the act of giving, pucciManuli is proud to offer you a remarkable collection of gifts from all over the world. As a result, many of the items we sell are only available in limited quantities, require significant production lead times and/or are custom made-to-order. Next to each product, you will find its availability. If the shipping duration says “Ships Immediately,” the item is in stock and is usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the shipping duration shows a number of weeks, this means we are waiting to receive our order from the artisan/workshop/company and/or it is a custom or made-to-order item. When an item is no longer available, we make every attempt to remove it from the web-site immediately. If you have any questions and/or concerns about the availability of a particular item, please feel free to contact us.
Colors & Variations
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our web-site as accurately as possible. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor(s) display of any color will be accurate. It is also important to note that since many of our products are created by hand, there will be variations between the example item that is pictured on our web-site and the item created by the artisan/workshop specifically for you. We ask that you delight in these variations, as they make your gift truly one-of-a-kind.

Pricing and Corrections
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. However, we're human and errors may occasionally occur. While these errors are wholly unintentional, we reserve the right to make corrections to price and/or other information without prior notice. In addition, due to the exclusivity and limited availability of many of our items, we reserve the right to limit the purchase quantity of select items per client.
Special Orders
Can’t quite find what you’re looking for? Perhaps you saw something in our shoppe, but don’t see it on our website. Please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone at +1-610-649-2909 or email to inquire about special ordering it - If we can make it happen, we will. Please note, however, since special orders are normally not carried in our inventory, they must be pre-paid and are non-returnable nor refundable. Also note, any promotional offers and/or discounts do not apply to special orders.
Complimentary Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is always available (size permitting of course) and always complimentary. Our standard gift wrapping includes one (1) of three (3) gift wrapping paper options and a colorful grosgrain ribbon to match. In addition, we offer you the option of including a message to the gift recipient with every gift purchase. To include a message with your purchase, please be sure to include it in the Gift Message/Notes section in your shopping cart just prior to check out.
As you may know, not every product we sell is ideal for gift wrapping. With oversized items, we do our best to ensure the presentation upon delivery is as beautiful as we are able to make it. (e.g. we will tie a grosgrain ribbon around the alternate packaging - or the item itself - and include a pucciManuli tag, letting you and/or the recipient know the item was purchased from pucciManuli).
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards
The freedom to choose a gift that indulges one’s own personal passion is a gift in and of itself. A pucciManuli gift certificate allows recipients to select their very own special something from our remarkable collection of gifts. And we now have two (2) ways to allow you to give the gift of pucciManuli.
For gift recipients who don’t live in close proximity to our physical location, we’ve got you covered. You can choose a pucciManuli gift card in any denomination between $25 and $1,000, whether digital or physical, To purchase a pucciManuli gift card, please click here. You will have the opportunity to tell us: who the gift card is for, who it is from, and the amount you wish the gift card to be. Please note, gift cards are non-refundable.
Gift Card Redemption
You can use your pucciManuli Gift Card to pay for almost any item sold by pucciManuli. To redeem your gift card, add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart and proceed to Check-Out. You will be asked to enter the gift card number (found on the actual certificate itself) in the Billing section of the Check-Out process. If the cost of your order exceeds the value of your gift certificate, we will charge the credit card number you give us during the Check-Out process to pay for the balance.
- Gift cards must be redeemed through www.puccimanuli.com.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Gift cards are not valid as payment for prior purchases, pending orders, or additional gift cards.
- Gift cards are not transferable and cannot be resold or auctioned.
- We're sorry, pucciManuli cannot replace, nor is responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards nor any unauthorized use.
- Any unused balance will be placed in your gift card account for future use.
- If your order exceeds the amount of the gift card you are using, you will need to pay for the remaining balance with a valid credit card.
Sales Tax
In accordance with regulations of the State of Pennsylvania, applicable sales tax is automatically calculated, based on the total ordered merchandise value, shipping charges and delivery fees, on all orders placed by residents of Pennsylvania; Non-Pennsylvania residents are not charged sales tax, but may wish to consult applicable tax laws in their respective states.
Shipping & Delivery
We understand you want your order to arrive as soon as possible. We provide best efforts to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders are received, processed and shipped from our location in Ardmore, Pennsylvania Monday thru Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm East Standard Time. Please note, orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday may not ship until Monday. Should you request Expedited Shipping and we receive your order before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, your order will ship out the same day. Also note, some items require a longer ship time, may not be available for shipping upgrades, and/or are shipped directly from the maker.
Shipping Methods
We ship most orders within the continental United States and Canada via UPS and/or United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship most orders outside the continental United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please ensure you specify a correct, current shipping address. Delivery is only ensured to the specified address, not to a particular individual.
Shipping Charges
Customers with orders over $150 will enjoy free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states. For all orders under $150, we charge a flat $10 shipping rate within the 48 contiguous states. International Orders
We are happy to ship your order to almost anywhere in the world you and/or your family happen to be. To place an order for delivery outside of the United States or Canada, please call us at +1-610-649-2909 9:30am -6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time or email us. For fastest service, please provide a return email address as well as a telephone number. Please do not send your credit card information via email. The shipping method we use for International orders varies depending on the items you order. In general, we will ship all standard-sized items via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) and most fragile standard-sized items via UPS. For all oversized items, we use the best means possible to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Duty Charges
Since international shipments are subject to verification, paperwork and certain credit card security checks, please allow up to two (2) business days for your item to ship. All duties and/or taxes are the recipient’s obligation. The recipient will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT. If you have any questions, please email us for additional information.
Cancellations
Because international orders are subject to special security checks and export regulations, we reserve the right to cancel any international order. We will contact the client who placed the order to notify them of the cancellation, providing a viable contact email address has been given to pucciManuli. Cancellation reasons may include: (a) Payment cannot be cleared through the card details provided and requests for further information are not answered within a reasonable time frame; (b) Insufficient delivery address details are provided and we have received no reply to our request for further information; (c) Insufficient client details or delivery details are provided; (d) Risk of fraudulent transaction; (e) Order and order details conflicts with specific U.S export regulations.
Tracking your Shipment
All customers are notified by email of their shipment confirmation and tracking number once the order has shipped. Additionally, registered customers may login to their account to view and/or review their order information, including ship date(s) and tracking information.
Special Delivery & Handling Requirements
If a special surcharge for oversized and/or very heavy items is applicable, the cost is shown on the Item page. The amount of the charge is added into the total price of the item. These items must ship separately from the rest of your order and may arrive in the makers’ original packaging with a picture and/or description of the contents visible on the box.
Exchanges & Returns
We are very proud of the products we offer at pucciManuli and want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason and you wish to return a standard unused item for a refund or exchange, you may ship the item back to us within ten (10) business days of receipt for a full refund, or thirty (30) days of receipt for exchange. Items returned must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Please note, special, custom and/or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Please be sure to read our Exchanges & Return Policy in full prior to shipping your return.
