Based on the tremendous response to The Golden Jubilee rocking horse, The Stevenson Brothers of Bethersden, England, presented their second rocking horse, inspired by Her Majesty's favorite colored horse, Tinkerbell, to the Queen of England, at Windsor Castle in honor of her 80th Birthday. 

Having grown up in Kenya, the Stevenson Brothers of Bethersden, England, often camped on the riverbeds and plains of the Serengeti where massive herds of zebra and wildebeest roamed. In recognition of their time spent there, and as a tribute to their Uncle James Bosworthick, who secured their passage out of Kenya in 1958, they decided a limited edition of 100 of these amazing beasts was only fitting.

The once mythical steed is now a reality for wonderfully creative play and would make a magical addition to any home.

This English Oak rocking horse by The Stevenson Brothers from Bethersden, England is based on a 1910 design originally manufactured by the legendary F.H. Ayres, purveyor of the finest rocking horses during the Victorian era, and prized by children of all ages and British royalty alike. 

Originally commissioned by Lieutenant Colonel and Military Knight of Windsor, Raymond Giles, as a surprise 70th birthday present for his wife Peggy - this beautiful horse was made to match their Four Poster Bed from Chestnut wood felled in Windsor Great Park.

This horse is made with English oak and has a surprise secret compartment in the rear containing 9 mounted photographs of Her Majesty The Queen wrapped in a leather pouch along with many other unique features.
